Eight churches Diocesan wide have been chosen to journey together to launch the "Stewardship As a Way of Life" Pilot Program. The upcoming 12 months will be filled with activities, events and opportunities for parishioners to more fully engage in their Church, develop a deeper prayer life and give back the talents God has gifted them with.
The Goal: For all Christians in the Diocese of Fort Worth to receive God’s gifts gratefully, cultivate them responsibly, share them lovingly in justice with others and return them with increase to the Lord. (USSCB, 1992)
Please pray for everyone who is on this journey; that all hearts are open to God’s call to live as a true Disciple of Christ.
A Diocesan Advisory Committee has been formed to help oversee the Stewardship initiatives and create the timeline for the pilot program.
